Leamington, ON (October 24th, 2024) – Pure Flavor®, the Canadian greenhouse company behind the first-ever commercial greenhouse grown melon, is returning from the International Fresh Product Association’s Global Produce & Floral Show with a new innovation award under its belt. The company has won the Best Product Promo award for its Amora™ mini melons. The win further cements the company as an innovation and marketing leader in the produce industry.

“We are extremely honored to have been awarded the Best Product Promo award for our new Amora™ mini melons,” said Tiffany Sabelli, Senior Director of Sales for the company. “We feel that we’ve developed a phenomenal product offering – from variety to branding to packaging – and we’re so glad the industry recognizes its potential for success.”

Amora mini melons were unveiled by the company at this year’s GPFS show, and the trade launch was supported by attention-grabbing displays and graphics, product sampling at the booth, digital promotion assets, and a showcase that highlighted the key benefits of the melons, including its exceptional sweet & juicy flavor and convenient mini size. The greenhouse grown nature of the melons means they are able to offer consistent flavor, quality and supply all year.

Pure Flavor’s Amora mini melons were selected as the Best Product Promo winner from among over 210 entries into the trade show’s Fresh Ideas showcase. The award was selected by a panel of judges consisting of industry experts and retailers who chose the winners based on innovation, appeal, messaging, and attendee engagement.

“We want to congratulate Pure Flavor for winning Best Produce Promo at the Global Produce and Floral Show this year,” said Kyle McMillan, IFPA’s Director of Trade Shows. “The judges were impressed by their eye-catching shelf display and clever messaging, specifically highlighting the innovative single-serve option as a possible extension of the melon category.”

Pure Flavor® ships its first sold-out supply of Amora™ mini melons this month, and is taking orders now for shipments beginning early next year. For more information, visit www.pure-flavor.com/amora.

Leamington, ON (October 10th, 2024) – Pure Flavor®, the Canadian greenhouse company behind the first-ever commercial greenhouse grown melon, has launched its third melon under a new brand, Amora™ mini melons. The Amora™ mini melon is a Charentais variety, with origins in the Charente region of France, where it is beloved for its sweet, juicy flesh and intense, floral aroma.

“With a number of years of experience growing greenhouse melons under our belt, we are feeling confident in this variety’s potential to be a growth driver in the melons segment,” said Tiffany Sabelli, Senior Director of Sales for Pure Flavor. “Melons today remain a hugely seasonal category, with the large majority of good quality melons only available through the summer months. Our greenhouse grown melons eliminate that seasonal factor, offering consistent flavor, quality and supply all year.”

Pure Flavor continues to lead innovation in the greenhouse melon category, identifying and selecting varieties with markers for success in both the growing process and with consumers. This newest Charentais melon is an heirloom variety, personal in size and weighing approximately 850-900 grams. Its fragrant, finely netted skin is only the first clue to what’s inside – a vibrant orange flesh that is intensely sweet and juicy. These gourmet melons have for decades been a prized delicacy in their native France for their exceptional flavor and aroma.

“Amora mini melons really do offer incredible flavor, and we wanted to ensure that was apparent to consumers at shelf,” said Julia Shreve, Marketing Director for the company. The melons are offered in one- and two-count netted bags with header, and packed in boxes with vibrant, colorful graphics and a clear callout to their “Super Sweet & Juicy” promise. “We know once consumers try these, they will be pleasantly surprised by how good they are. We leveraged packaging and brand design to ensure they are enticed to pick them up and try them,” continued Shreve.

Amora™ mini melons begin shipping its first sold-out crop this month, with more plantings to follow. The melons will also be on display at Booth B3879 at the upcoming IFPA Show in Atlanta, Georgia October 18-19.

Leamington, ON (October 4th, 2024) – Pure Flavor® is continuing its steady pressure of innovation in the tomato category, bringing more premium offerings to entice consumers to trade up in their quest for flavor and quality. With a keen understanding of evolving consumer tastes and trends, the company is reinforcing its innovation leadership by launching three new tomato items that promise to deliver what consumers are ultimately seeking – high quality, high flavor fresh produce that will amplify their cooking and snacking occasions.

“We know that nothing drives incremental category growth in tomatoes faster than innovation,” said Tiffany Sabelli, Senior Director of Sales for Pure Flavor. “Breathing new life into the category with interesting and relevant new offerings is critical to keeping consumers engaged and excited about eating healthy.”

One item that embodies the spirit of exciting discovery is the company’s award-winning Tiki Tomatoes™, launched last year. Their topically sweet and juicy flavor profile, and unique cosmic-colored appearance were immediately popular with consumers looking to add a “wow” factor to their snacking plates. Because of the success of this item following its launch, Pure Flavor is introducing a new 1.5lb format of Tiki Tomatoes, available now to both Club and retail partners.

Earlier this year, the company brought another award-winner to the snacking category with its OMG Tomatoes™. The vibrant golden cherry tomato with a punch of citrusy sweet flavor is available in both a 10oz. pack and a 1.5lb offering. “As soon as we tried it, we knew this variety was special,” said Sabelli. “It delivers on its bright color with equally bright flavor.” The company leveraged fun, modern branding to ensure the brand pops at shelf.

And debuting at the upcoming IFPA Global Produce & Floral Show, the company is unveiling a new mini Roma tomato on-the-vine that it believes will transform the Roma category. “Romas are a huge category, representing nearly a quarter of tomato sales in the US, and is dominated by field-grown offerings” said Matt Mastronardi, Executive Vice President of Pure Flavor. “We believe the category is due for a shake-up with a greenhouse offering that will deliver exceptional quality and year-round availability.”

The company’s newest Rocco Reds™: The Chef’s Tomato is a mini Roma on-the-vine variety that boasts big, robust flavor and an intense red color all the way through. The premium culinary tomato promises to amp up any dish, and unlike its more traditional counterparts in the Roma category, it is flavorful enough to slice on a sandwich or salad. Rocco Reds™ launch in a recyclable paper tray with flow wrap. The brand graphics are a modern take on vintage design that transports consumers back in time, with a nod to “true classic tomato flavor”.

These products and more will be featured this month at the Global Show in Atlanta, GA Oct 18-19 at the Pure Flavor booth B3879.

School: University of Windsor

Department: Human Resources (Human Resources Co-op Student – LEA DC)

Pure Flavor® has been my first co-op experience and my introduction to an office environment. This role has provided me with valuable insights into the business world. I have felt very welcomed by the HR team I work with daily, as well as by everyone I have encountered in the office and warehouse.

Initially, I expected to learn from my colleagues and assist with various tasks. However, I was pleasantly surprised to be included in a wide range of meetings and exposed to numerous situations that can arise in a large produce company. The most valuable aspect of this experience has been observing and understanding how to handle complex and sensitive situations. Watching Nick Vanbeekveld, the HR Business Partner, navigate these challenges has given me a new perspective on HR and its role.

Working on various projects, such as assisting with recruitment, JHSC meetings, toolbox talks, maintaining employee files, managing Health and Safety boards, and planning an upcoming fire drill, has helped clarify my career aspirations. Overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Pure Flavor® and would like to extend my gratitude to the entire HR team, including Kevin Parent, Beth Mlinaric, Nick Vanbeekveld, Julie Heatherington, and Claire Farquharson.

Thank you for making this experience so enriching and memorable!

School: University of Windsor

Department: Procurement (Procurement Co-op Student)

As a Procurement co-op student at Pure Flavor®, I was excited to start my first day with my team members and fellow co-op students. The office was full of energy, which was a true reflection of the employees’ dedication and commitment. Regarding my work experience, some of my initial tasks were calculating weekly profits and losses and updating pricing sheets for various commodities. This hands-on experience with data management has offered me an amazing opportunity to apply what I’ve learned in my supply chain management courses, such as logistics, procurement, and operations management.

The opportunity to learn from experienced employees and contribute to a company that values sustainable greenhouse growing and quality of their produce is truly rewarding. For instance, reporting quality issues and rejections to Elizabeth Tavares (Sr. Director of Procurement) and Shawn Keizer (Category Analyst) has been a pivotal aspect of my role. This responsibility has taught me the importance of clear communication and attention to detail. Additionally, farm visits with Jeff Baclig (Jr. Grower Liaison) and Charlie Abdul Massih (Sr. Grower Liaison) have provided me with practical knowledge and crucial insights about our growers.

Finally, I look forward to growing personally and professionally, applying all the skills and knowledge I’ve gained working at Pure Flavor®.

During the constant rush of the work week, relying on fast food is an easy way to satisfy your hunger at lunchtime, but not always the best choice for your health (or wallet). That’s where National Pack Your Lunch Day comes in, shining a light on the goodness of fresh, homemade meals. It’s a little nudge towards embracing meals that are good for your health and more flavorful.

By simply packing your own lunch, you can take steps towards healthier eating habits. Sure, it might seem like a bit more work, but with a few simple tips, making that switch is easier than you might think — and totally worth it.

Lunch Packing Hack 1: Meal Prep the Night Before –

To make mornings less hectic and ensure you have a nutritious lunch ready to go, prepare your meals the night before. This simple shift in your routine can significantly reduce stress and save you precious time during busy mornings.

By washing, chopping, and even assembling parts of your lunch in advance, you’re committing to a healthier diet and a happier you!

Lunch Packing Hack 2: Invest in Sustainable Storage Containers –

Choosing the right sustainable storage containers is crucial for lunch prep success. Opt for leak-proof, airtight options to keep your food fresh and prevent spills. Compartmentalized containers like bento boxes are especially valuable as they separate different meal components, meaning you can include many different nutritious ingredients. It’s a simple way to be more environmentally conscious while packing more versatile lunches.

Lunch Packing Hack 3: Find Balance and Variety –

Balancing your lunch with all four food groups not only caters to nutritional needs but also keeps every day interesting. By incorporating different textures and flavors, you’ll never get bored of all the healthy options in your fridge and pantry.

A well-balanced lunch featuring a mix of fresh fruits and vegetables, proteins and grains keeps you energized and satisfied all day. Healthy Lunch Bento Boxes is a perfect example, offering the sweetness of Juno® Bites Red Grape Tomatoes, the crunch of Mini Cucumbers, and the vibrant flavor of Aurora Bites Mini Sweet Peppers. Paired with sliced ham or bologna, cheddar cheese, crackers, peas, bowtie noodles, and blueberries, this lunch option is packed with the full spectrum of flavors while also striking the perfect balance of vitamins and minerals.

Lunch Packing Hack 4: Choose Fresh Greenhouse Grown Produce –

Greenhouse grown fruits and veggies taste just as delicious in March as they do in July, which means you can enjoy your favorite flavors, like the tropical sweetness of Tiki Tomatoes™, whenever you get the craving. Our Tomato Quinoa Salad recipe highlights the exotic flavor of these snacking tomatoes. If you want to escape to a sunny beach during your lunch hour on a dreary workday, Tiki Tomatoes™ will take you there with waves of fresh flavor, a ray of sunshine that shows the power of greenhouse grown produce.

Lunch Packing Hack 5: Keep Hydrated –

When thinking about healthy lunches, it’s easy to forget about the importance of keeping hydrated, which helps us stay focussed on those long afternoons at work. Embrace hydration and crisp freshness in your lunch with our Cucumber Chicken Salad, featuring the delightful crunch of Poco Bites® Cocktail Cucumbers. This salad combines the hydrating quality of cucumbers with the lean protein of shredded chicken, creating a meal that’s both satisfying and refreshing ー a testament to how simple ingredients can come together to create a lunch that’s anything but ordinary.

Lunch Packing Hack 6: Get Creative With Leftovers –

Making the most of leftovers is a great way to reduce waste and save time preparing a nutritious lunch. Reimagine last night’s chicken dinner leftovers with our Tamale Bites, a recipe that perfectly incorporates the classic flavors of Organic Roma Tomatoes, garlic, queso fresco, and masa for a handheld lunch favorite. If you have a lot of leftovers to use up, you can make extra to freeze for convenient lunches any day of the week.

National Pack Your Lunch Day is a perfect moment to reevaluate your lunch habits and strive for choices that are not only healthier but also sustainable. Packing your lunch offers a unique opportunity to tailor meals to your dietary needs, control portion sizes, and explore flavors that cater to your preferences. Fort Valley, GA – Pure Flavor® is growing the Southeast. The vertically integrated grower has tapped into the region’s rich agricultural legacy through the Georgia Grown program and, with its own advanced greenhouse technology, changed the way millions of people eat locally 365 days a year.

After six years of growing in Peach County, Pure Flavor’s® investment in high-tech innovation has proven to be the next chapter in Georgia’s proud history of growing the sweetest fruits & vegetables the world has ever tasted.

From supplemental lighting and closed loop irrigation, to precise plant nutrition and retractable energy screens, the latest technology has propelled Pure Flavor® to become a leader in the industry, all the while cementing its commitment to quality, sustainability, and bolstering local economies.

“Being rooted in Georgia allows us to be a part of the region’s proud agricultural heritage while using advanced greenhouse technologies to produce vegetables of the very highest quality,” said Matt Mastronardi, Executive Vice-President. “Our Georgia Grown program is central to our mission of delivering fresh, delicious produce to consumers in the year-round. We’re eliminating seasonality from the Southeast, ensuring a consistent supply that our retail and foodservice partners can rely on.”

The company’s vertical integration and robust supply chain are key to its success, enabling the delivery of fresh vegetables to millions of Americans within 24 hours of picking.

What it means for the Southeast is simple: families from the Carolinas to Louisiana and beyond get to enjoy sustainable, summer-quality Georgia Grown tomatoes even in winter.

In Georgia, barbecue season doesn’t end in the fall ー and the same is now true for tomato season. Sun-ripened Georgia Grown Tomatoes-on-the-Vine have become staples in homes across the country with consumption as high in January as in July.

According to Mike Glass, Director of Sales, consumers throughout the Southeast seek out the Georgia Grown label, recognizing it as a reliable marker of quality.

“People know that if it’s grown in Georgia, the flavor is going to be off the charts,” said Glass. “There’s a proud tradition of growing the very best produce here. The Georgia Grown label isn’t just a tag; it’s a point of pride and a promise of excellence. Our Tomatoes-on-the-Vine are a testament to this promise, delivering the taste of summer in every bite, no matter the season.”

Beyond ensuring food security in the region by providing year-round access to fresh produce, Pure Flavor® continues to make a significant impact on local communities. By growing in the heart of Georgia, the company contributes to the economic vitality of the region.

At the heart of the family operated company is a deep-rooted belief in the power of community engagement and environmental stewardship. This philosophy extends beyond the greenhouse, touching every aspect of the company’s business. Through educational initiatives and community outreach programs like the Adopt-a-School program, which donates free produce to local schools, Pure Flavor® is not just growing vegetables: it’s nurturing a healthier, more connected Southeast.

Discover Pure Flavor’s® Georgia Grown program this year by visiting booth 601 at SEPC Southern Exposure in Tampa, FL on March 9th. Click here to learn more about what Pure Flavor® is promoting at the show.

As spring beckons, renew your commitment to better well-being. Embrace a delicious, nutritious lifestyle with mindful eating and joyful simple steps for lasting health and happiness.

As we near the springtime, we’re surrounded by a feeling of renewal and growth, not just for nature but for our personal health and wellness journeys too. This time of year, it’s common to reflect on the resolutions we set at the start of the New Year — those promises we made to ourselves to live healthier, be more active, or eat more mindfully. Those initial weeks of dedication might have started to wane, or maybe the hustle of daily life has led you to completely forget about the goals you set. Then, there are some of us who didn’t make any resolutions at all. But here’s the thing: it’s never too late to start making incremental improvements to your lifestyle! Embracing the mantra to Live Deliciously® isn’t about drastic changes, it’s about finding joy and fulfillment in the small, everyday choices that contribute to a better you.

Embarking on a healthier lifestyle often begins with what we put on our plates. Fresh fruits and vegetables, packed with essential nutrients that fuel our bodies and bolster our immune systems, are at the heart of a nourishing diet.

Thankfully, embracing a diet rich in vitamins and minerals doesn’t mean eating has to become just another item on your to-do list. With high-quality, flavorful ingredients, every meal can be delicious. Take, for example, award-winning Cloud 9® Bite-Sized Fruity Tomatoes, the perfect blend of sweetness and nutrition. These unique, hand-picked tomatoes can transform a simple Quinoa Fuel Bowl into a culinary delight, proving that healthy eating can also be utterly delicious. Each bite blasts your taste buds with fruity sweetness and floods your body with lycopene, a powerful antioxidant known for its potential in reducing the risk of certain cancers and heart disease.

As we delve deeper into what it really means to Live Deliciously® 365 days a year, it’s important to make sure we take care of our immune systems. Luscious Sweet Blooms® Strawberries are immune system superheroes and because they are greenhouse grown, they’re also a sustainable choice you can enjoy even in winter. Rich in vitamin C and important antioxidants, strawberries will keep your body feeling great. Tasty recipes like Strawberry Banana Muffins are great for making sure your morning starts off on a healthy note.

Physical activity is an essential pillar of a well-rounded healthy lifestyle, but it does tend to feel like a chore sometimes. Remember to go easy on yourself, especially if you’re just starting. Discovering new activities you love like yoga, walking in nature, or dancing makes maintaining an active lifestyle feel less like work. Partnering with a friend can put some pep in your step when you don’t want to get out of bed.

Set yourself up for success with a Melon & Banana Smoothie Bowl packed with Oronai™ Sweet Charentais Melons and other whole foods like banana, granola, flaxseed, goji berries, and walnuts. Energize on the go and sip this tasty, nutrient-dense smoothie before hitting the gym.

After your workout, always remember to replenish yourself with a light, nutritious meal like BBQ Chicken Lettuce Wraps, made with hydrating Uno Bites™ Nano Cucumbers. Staying hydrated is key, especially when you’re trying to be more active. It’s easy to forget to drink enough water, but we all know how important it is for keeping our energy up and our bodies moving smoothly. Cucumbers are 95% water and 100% flavor, so once you’re off the treadmill make sure to have a pack of Uno Bites™ ready for snacking!

Mental wellness is deeply connected to our diet and physical activity. If your New Year’s resolution for 2024 is to focus more on your wellbeing and mental health, you should look into mindful eating. By taking the time to appreciate each bite, we can enhance our appreciation of what we put in our bodies and develop a healthier relationship with food. A simple way to get started is to make a Poached Egg Buddha Bowl and savor each ingredient one at a time, noting the tropical flavor of Tiki Tomatoes™ and the way it’s complemented by creamy ricotta, pickled artichokes, and fresh mint.

Every small choice can lead to significant improvements over time. When you choose to Live Deliciously®, you can focus on the joy found in simple pleasures — savoring great-tasting, nutritious food and engaging in physical activities that help you feel good. Celebrating each success, whether it’s a healthier meal choice or a new active habit, keeps motivation high.

Eating healthy and being active go hand in hand with one another. You will be able to see and feel a difference, not only physically but mentally. Learn the right tips and tricks with our friend Paulina Gomez, @paulinagoka, to help jump start that health journey.

As a dedicated personal trainer and fitness instructor, I often find that one of the most overlooked aspects of a successful fitness journey is nutrition. It’s not just about working hard in the gym; it’s about fueling your body with the right nutrients to maximize your efforts. That’s why I’m excited to share with you one of my all-time favorite dinner recipes that perfectly aligns with your fitness goals – One-Pan Salmon with Sangria® Tomatoes.

The Power of Protein –

Protein is a crucial component of any fitness-oriented diet. It aids in muscle repair, boosts metabolism, and keeps you feeling fuller for longer, making it an essential element for those striving to build lean muscle or shed a few extra pounds. Incorporating high-protein meals into your routine is a game-changer, and this recipe is the perfect example.

Why Choose Salmon –

Salmon is a nutrient-rich fish. It is not only a great source of high-quality protein but is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which support heart health and reduce inflammation. This recipe not only satisfies your taste buds but also provides your body with the essential amino acids it needs for optimal performance. Only taking 30 minutes with a small ingredient list, this dish does not disappoint and still bursts with flavor! It is the perfect meal to whip up after a tough work out.

Pure Flavor® Freshness –

Now, let’s talk about the star of the show – Pure Flavor®’s Sangria® Medley Tomatoes. These vibrant tomatoes are not only bursting with freshness but also packed with nutrients. Adding them to your meals not only enhances the flavor but also contributes to your daily intake of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. They’re tasty enough to even eat on their own! I always keep a container of them close by to me when I’m working out. They’re the best gym snack and brighten the space in the perfect way.

What You’ll Need –

  • 1-pint Pure Flavor® Sangria® Medley Tomatoes, whole
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ white onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 4 spring thyme
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How You’ll Make It

  1. In a nonstick skillet, add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Place the salmon fillets and season with salt and pepper. Cook on medium-high heat until crispy on each side. Remove salmon and set aside, covered.
  2. Add Sangria® Medley Tomatoes with the remaining oil, sear until burst. Then, add in the onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Next, incorporate thyme and 1 tbsp of lemon zest. Mix well until everything is combined.
  4. Reintroduce the salmon and cook for an additional 5 minutes until fully cooked. Top with more thyme and a slice of fresh lemon. Enjoy this nutrient-packed, high-protein delight!

A Dinner to Kick Off the Year Right –

This One-Pan Salmon with Sangria® Tomatoes recipe is more than just a recipe; it’s a celebration of flavor, health, and fitness. As we embark on a new year, let this be your go-to dinner to kickstart your journey towards a healthier, fitter you. Remember, choosing nutrient-dense foods like this recipe is not just about eating; it’s about fueling your body for success. Here’s to a year of delicious, healthy choices!

In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, snacks emerge as the unsung heroes that fuel our energy, satisfy cravings, and provide a momentary escape. As we navigate through February as National Snack Food Month and March 4th as National Snack Day, it’s the opportune time to rethink our snacking habits. While the prepared snack aisle may lure us with processed delights, this is the perfect time to explore wholesome alternatives. Join us on a journey to transform snack time by incorporating fresh, nutrient-packed ingredients and a couple of ingenious snack hacks into your routine, ensuring guilt-free indulgence aligns seamlessly with a healthy lifestyle.

Snacks are the unsung heroes that get us through each busy day. They satisfy cravings during movie nights at home, fuel us through work or school, and provide a much-needed energy boost while running errands. These tasty bites not only stave off hunger but also bring a sense of comfort and joy to our hectic routines.

In the whirlwind of our busy schedules, reaching for quick, processed options can become all too easy. February is National Snack Food Month which leads into March 4th as National Snack Day so it’s the perfect opportunity to transform your snacking habits and start putting nutrition first. With some fresh ingredients and these snack hacks, it’s easy to make guilt-free snacking a part of your healthy lifestyle.

Walking down the snack aisle at the grocery store, it’s easy to be tempted by the endless array of candy, cookies, chips, and other processed foods. A quick detour to the produce section can revolutionize snack time with choices that are nutritious and loaded with flavor. Bite-sized snacking tomatoes burst with juicy flavor and the important antioxidant lycopene; crisp cucumbers reenergize with phytonutrients and a satisfying crunch; and vibrant peppers add a splash of color to your day, not to mention a healthy dose of Vitamin C.

With nutrient-dense fruits and veggies like these, plus a few helpful (and healthy) snack hacks, you can revitalize your snacking habits without sacrificing convenience or flavor.

Snack Hack 1: Pack a Snack Pack –

Save yourself from the temptation of that bag of chips or box of cookies by choosing healthy snacks that already come prepared in convenient packs you can take with you wherever you go. Grab-and-go packs like Mini Munchies® Snack Sized Veggies are your secret weapon for healthy eating on the go.

Perfectly sized for everyone from toddlers to teens, they make munching on fresh, nutritious veggies an effortless part of your day. Whether it’s a busy weekday or a packed weekend, Mini Munchies® are the perfect fit for families who want to eat good to feel good.

Snack Hack 2: Explore a Variety of Flavors –

Greenhouse-grown fruits and veggies come in every color of the rainbow, so you have a treasure trove of choices that can make life so much more flavorful ー especially when it comes to pleasing picky eaters.

Keep your fridge and pantry stocked with a wide variety of colorful veggies so that whenever hunger strikes, you have a bunch of healthy, tasty options at your fingertips. This not only helps get essential vitamins into your family’s everyday diet but also keeps snack time from becoming a battleground.

Snack Hack 3: Swap the Sweets –

For those moments when you have a sweet tooth and candy seems like the only answer, Sweet Blooms® Strawberries, and Solara® Mini Melons offer delightful, antioxidant-rich alternatives that won’t have you feeling guilty for indulging. These are a perfect swap for sugary snacks: they’re greenhouse grown, so they have that natural sweetness you crave 365 days a year.

Even a scoop of ice cream gets a boost of nutrition when you add some slices of greenhouse grown strawberries and melons. It’s a simple way to indulge while taking care of your health.

Snack Hack 4: Dip Into Healthier Snacking Options –

Mixing and matching healthy snacks with dips is a snack hack that never gets old, and when you pair flavorful veggies like Uno Bites™ Nano Cucumbers and Aurora Bites Mini Sweet Peppers with dips like garlic hummus, ranch dressing, or tzatziki, you’ve got a winning combo. Whether you’re looking for a healthy after-school snack for the kids or a quick treat for yourself, this veggie and dip duo always hits the spot.

Embracing healthy snacking is all about finding the right balance between convenience, nutrition, and flavor, proving that making better choices doesn’t have to mean sacrificing taste.
