Ingredients
- For the salad:
- 1 dry pint Pure Flavor® Sangria® Medley Tomatoes, halved
- 2 Pure Flavor® Tomatoes On-the-Vine, diced
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
- ½ cup diced celery, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, minced
- 1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, for garnish
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- For the dressing:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 ½ tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp sugar
- ¾ tsp dry mustard
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the salad ingredients.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients.
Step 3
Pour the dressing over the salad and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
