Top 5 Smoothies I ADORE
One of my favourite beverages is smoothie. A soft, refreshing and detoxifying drink.
For today, I will share delicious recipes.
1. Peach & Melon Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 peaches
Half Melon
Few cubes of ice
150 ml water
Cooking mode:
Just mix them in a blender. If you use cold fruits from the fridge, drink will get more refreshing.
In this recipe you can add 1 cup of orange juice, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream or 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt.

2.Cucumber Strawberry
1 cup frozen strawberries or fresh
3 dried apricots
1/2 cucumber, peeled
1 cup water or cold green tea
Important to know :
Cucumber: Highly hydrating, cucumbers are full of B vitamins, silica, and electrolytes that help build clearer, brighter skin. The vitamin C, caffeic acid, and electrolytes in cucumbers makes them great at fighting puffiness and bloating in the body, working as an anti-inflammatory team.
For a sweet feeling you just add more fruits, and then cucumber, you don’t even notice it’s a vegetable in your smoothie!
3.Strawberry & Watermelon
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 cups watermelon chunks
1 cup strawberries
10 gr of ginger
1.5 tablespoon maple syrup (or to taste)
4.Berry Smoothie
150g strawberries
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
cup thick vanilla yoghurt
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
4 ice cubes
5. Mango Smoothie
1 cup milk
1 cup greek yogurt, plain, vanilla or honey
4 ice cubes
1 banana
1 mango, about 1 cup chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon honey
Now the most important, just blend them and you will get the little miracle taste of each of it right away 😉
